Instead of spending hours modelling in Excel, Stellax calculates the rental income, mortgage payments, taxes, transaction costs etc. for you. Instant rent estimate across the whole country

If the life situation is such that you don’t have 5 minutes and need an estimate of the return on the spot, Stellax equips you with a quick rent checker. Just a couple of clicks and you have a rough rent estimate combined with the analytics on how your investment compares to other investments on the Dutch market. This is one of the first rent estimators in the Netherlands that covers the whole country.


How does Stellax do it?


To estimate the return, Stellax retrieves over 40 property characteristics including property-specific (e.g. square meters, location coordinates, construction year),  hyperlocal geographic features (e.g. school, shop and highway presence in close vicinity) and local geographic features (e.g. neighbourhood crime level, average income, business presence).
